YEAR OF MISSION PLAYBOOK
Jesus Wants to Encounter You Again and Again
Do you remember when you first encountered Jesus in the Eu-
charist? It may not be the first time you went to Mass or your
First Communion, although those were certainly important mo-
ments. Think back to the first time Jesus reached out and
touched your heart in a way that felt personal. The day you real-
ized that your Lord was really present in the host before you,and something in you changed.
Encounter with Jesus is not just the starting point of our active
spiritual lives but also a deep well of refreshment along the jour-
ney. When we adore and receive Jesus given for us on the altar,
we are empowered to give of ourselves for others. These regular,
profound encounters are the heartbeat of relationship with Jesus and this relationship strengthens us to be more authentic and
powerful witnesses to his love. That’s why the first pillar of the
Year of Mission is Eucharistic Encounter.
How will you deepen your relationship with Jesus this year?
Download the Year of Mission Playbook below for ideas and inspiration as you consider your response to this foundational-
pillar.

Welcome, Bienvenidos, Benvenuto, Dobrodošli !
Immaculate Conception, Roslyn WA and St John the Baptist Parishes Cle Elum, WA Welcome you. We are so happy that you are here to find out more about us. We work hard each day to bring the Gospel message of Jesus Christ to life through our actions and words. It is our fervent hope that we do this well through prayer, the sacraments and a warm and welcoming hospitality. As Pope Francis invites everyone to feel God's warm presence and be for all people, Jesus Christ, we follow His example with joy in our hearts.
